Categories of third parties that receive consumer health data:
We do not share consumer health data with affiliates.
We do not allow third parties to collect consumer health data about you over time and across different websites or online services when you use the Services. Google Analytics runs on luneline.com only if you accept it, uses cookies set for luneline.com, and runs with Google signals and advertising features turned off.
To exercise these rights, use the controls in the App, or email support@luneline.com with the subject "Consumer health data request." For website analytics records, include the consent ID shown in Cookie settings. We will verify your request, for example by confirming the email address on your account, and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend this by another 45 days and will tell you why. Requests are free of charge up to twice in any 12-month period. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Appeals. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or by emailing support@luneline.com with the subject "Appeal." We will respond in writing within 45 days and explain our decision. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General or, if you live in Nevada, the Nevada Attorney General.
We will post any update to this policy on this page with a new effective date. If we make a material change, we will notify you in the App or by email before the change takes effect, and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it before using consumer health data in a materially different way.
